We have had the blessing to use the services of Complete Air twice since moving into our new home -prompt, professional service is not a cliche with them -they are solid and a pleasure to work with. Jon, one of the AC technicians is stand up awesome and real deal, as well as couple others that assisted were quality. There seems to be a camaraderie and being a true family business, they help each other troubleshoot, eat lunch together, make notes on the call to help in future visits - work environments matter. We highly recommend Complete Air. We also purchased a maintenance plan with them, which gives us 20% off any required service -a useful benefit that came in handy. ?
I have been dealing with complete air and heat for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that I have always received outstanding professional service. I do not have one single negative comment to make.
Complete air and heat is awesome. John the owner really helped me out when I was in need of service. He personally took time to find the parts I needed when no one else could and got me back up and running ASAP. The tech that came to make the repair was great and able to explain to me in a way I could understand what was wrong. I also signed up for the maintenance plan because I can see the benefit in it.
John Kalle was just here working on my AC unit, and he did a great job. He resolved the issue quickly and had everything he needed to get me back up and running. Great guy doing great work. I would recommend you guys to anyone who asks!
Had an issue on a Friday night and i called them, they responded almost immediately and they sent John K. out that night. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts on hand and was able to install them without an issue. He was thorough, competent , and very efficient. Over all an excellent service call for a reasonable price.
