Great customer service start to finish!!!
We thought we had detected a fault or failure to turn off once reaching the desired temp. A technician stopped by. He ran tests and determined there was no fault, provided information and charged not a cent. This is a stellar firm with excellent follow on and customer support that I recommend to all my friends and acquaintances looking for a top notch Air Conditioning Firm.

It was installed about 18 months prior by another company and had never worked correctly. A friend recommended that I call Complete air and heat and I am so glad they did! They were able to diagnose the problem and have it working better than ever in a very brief time. The office staff was very friendly and the technician was highly knowledgeable & professional. I highly recommend this company.

Complete Air & Heat did a great job repairing my AC system. I contacted them after another company spent several months trying to get my almost new system working correctly. They were very friendly when I called, and was able to send out a Technician very quickly. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and professional, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and had it working better than ever just a few days later.

EXCELLENT, above and beyond service..Our AC stopped working in the middle of summer. We called first thing the next morning and Complete Air & Heat's scheduler was wonderful, responsive, and able to see us that same day, get the part for an older unit, and complete the repair later that day. The technician was on time both times he visited us that day, extremely professional and knowledgeable and tidy. We were really impressed with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend. Hopefully we won't need them again but if we do, we know who to call!
We recently had Seamus in for maintenance check up . He was on time , professional & personable. He had answers to all questions. This company has been a pleasure for several years. No regrets.
We had our usual maintenance job 7/23… once again so very pleased with this company… all of the men have been such gentlemen too. It never gets old. Great company as far as I can see. In fact each employee mentions how much they like this company compared to others.
