Follow up: They sent me a full refund and nice letter regarding the below issue! Thank you, that is good customer service and I appreciate the effort. I updated my rating.

Yikes. I told them what we needed done (replacement of a singe wire from thermostat to ac unit outside). They sent someone over, was there 10 minutes, demanded $94 for the service call. Took a day and a half to get any further information. Their estimate was 30% higher than the other two estimates we got. So I paid $94 just to get a price quote. Will not use them again.

My AC went out on Saturday afternoon. John was at my house within 20-30 minutes to fix the issue. The part was under warranty so I just paid the trip charge. John did a great job and the house is finally cooling off. Will DEFINITELY use them again.

Literally the best service I've ever had! From the time I placed the call, they showed up in less than an hour! Had everything fixed and running colder and better than ever! Would highly recommend. Thank you Garrett and Jon! Excellent service and fast service!!! Very happy.

Rob got our ac issue quickly corrected. Complete Air is always fast to respond. We have been a customer for the past 16 years.

Prompt, friendly, informative, instructional and just a nice guy. No fooling around and got the job done. Called them when I moved in for a complete system check ( no pun intended) and they were fair and honest. First company I called tried to over charge me for work I didn't need (new system) by $1250.00. Call them if you want complete satisfaction.
