Complete Air always makes an effort to service quickly. There have been times when we have had to use their service after hours and again, they are quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Just a short note – not a complaint – to express my appreciation for the work done recently at my residence.
Your crew replaced all the ducting in my house. Let me just say I was impressed how they performed the work. Led by Jon, which by the way you raised a very fine young man, they did the job in a manner which looked like a well-oiled machine. All knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Furthermore, to accomplish this job in one day was a complete and pleasant surprise to me.
Needless to say, I will tout your company when the subject of air conditioning and heating comes up. In this day and age it is a pleasure to conduct business with such a good company.
Although I have always had Complete Air and Heat at the top of my favorites (as you know staying cool and dry is my number one priority) and because I know you are the best, you have now been elevated even higher than I could have imagined because of your generosity and promptness in taking care of an emergency situation last Friday.
I happened to ‘stop by to say hi’ to you all at the end of the day and wish you a Happy Memorial Day Weekend when I mentioned that a co-worker had an air conditioning problem. Without hesitation and knowing that Saturday was going to be the hottest day of the year, Jonathon went over to check on the situation. Later that evening, I received a message from this co-worker than you were able to work your magic and got his air conditioner running which he hadn’t had in a very long time. Not only was he very appreciative, but I was too.
Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond when you assisted our co-worker and for being there for everyone in their time of need.

Complete Air and Heat put in a new A/C system for us several months ago. They did a very good job, were on-time and their service team was very polite and respectful. When he finished the work, the serviceman told us that they would send an invoice. In a day or so, we got the invoice and dropped payment at their office. The price was fair, the work was well done and they responded quickly. We are very pleased. Now an update, we noticed a little condensation on one of the A/C registers. My wife called them and their serviceman was here as scheduled this morning. He did a few things that we hope fixed the problem . There was no charge even though this issue may not have been related to the earlier work they did for us. This company wants to be part of the community and they really act like that. If you need heat or A/C work, you can put your faith in this company.
