Their follow-up is exceptional. We had a complete new unit installed and they returned after two days of operation to tweak the system so that it worked perfectly.

The motor when out on my 2 year old Trane heat pump. They found the problem, made sure it was still under warranty, ordered a new motor, came back and installed it in one day. Everybody was prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. Best AC experience I've ever had. I definitely recommend Complete Air and Heat.
