I appreciate the service you've provided, your prompt response on the phone and your courtesy. Garrett has been taking care of my HVAC as well as my rental property HVAC for several years. He has always been on time, courteous, knowledgeable, explains & suggests ways to take better care of my HVACs.

Complete Heat and Air is the only company I have dealt with. Kristin and Regina are excellent at getting timely appointments for customers. Garrett has installed our unit and has maintained it for years. I highly recommend this outstanding company.

My AC wasn't blowing cool air so I called Complete Air & Heat on 3/27/23. I believe it was Gina I spoke with and she said she would send someone that morning. Shamus and Dave arrived mid-morning right on schedule and immediately began diagnosing the problem. Shamus identified the problem and corrected it within an hour. He also verified good system pressures and temperatures. My AC was repaired and blowing cool air immediately. I've relied on Complete Air & Heat for any AC issues and have always been impressed with their quick response and ability to correct any problems. Shamus demonstrated true professionalism and outstanding knowledge of AC functions and performed admirably. He didn't even charge extra for me watching and asking dumb questions!! Complete Air & Heat has been and will always be my first choice for any AC issues I may have. I will continue to recommend them to my friends. Please thank Shamus and Dave for their quick response and expertise in getting my AC up and running again.
