The gentleman who came was through and very nice. He did a great job and let me know to watch one part outside that had some rust on it. I asked for an estimate on the part for the future and he sent via email the estimate. Complete Air was referred to me by a trusted friend, boy was she right on.
I was impressed with their service. They were able to come the same day I reported an issue. The unit needed a replacement part which they were able to fix within 15 to 20 minutes.
However, what impressed me most was that the technician gave me the price of the repair and I did not question it. After I wrote a check and he left, he returned in a couple of minutes and said he made a mistake and had overcharged me. I tore up the original check and wrote a new one. It was nice to work with such honest people. Highly recommend.
10 years ago hired these guys to upgrade my existing Trane system with a new one. Bought the 10 years parts and labor warranty and it was worth every penny. Any time I had an issue I'd email them and they were 100% responsive/helpful in resolving any and all issues. Love doing business with a local business, became friends with them and love the business. Have made many positive recommendations to others they use Complete Air and Heat. Asked if they could service my mom's system over in Melbourne and while outside the territory they like to service they said the would for me which I think is AWESOME.
We use them for all our A/C needs from mini splits to ten-ton unites. No job to big or to small.
