Once again Complete Air & Heat came to the rescue! We were having issues with our new AC unit, and it only took 1 phone call to schedule a tech. He arrived when he said he would be there, was nice, and explained everything. A part needed to be ordered, and within the week it came in and was installed, even though we were away at the time. The customer service is exceptional, as is the timeliness of the repairs. Thank you again to Complete Air for always being there for us!!
Truly a 5 star company. Jon Black was our consultant, salesman and installer (3 years ago). He explained very well our different options and did a great job (together with his team) installing our new AC system. Recently we called them because of some questions that were raised during a wind mitigation inspection for home insurance savings. They came twice and John (one of Complete's AC technicians) helped answer the questions. Complete sent us 2 invoices charging us $0. We highly recommend Complete to anyone looking for a top notch, high quality, professional AC/Heat solution company. We are 100% satisfied customers.

Old system failed, called Complete Air, entire new system installed and running next day by first class team!
They came immediately. I found I need a new air conditioned and they were at my house at 8, installing it. It is a 3.5. Ton Daikin Split and I am very pleased with it.
