EXCELLENT, above and beyond service..Our AC stopped working in the middle of summer. We called first thing the next morning and Complete Air & Heat's scheduler was wonderful, responsive, and able to see us that same day, get the part for an older unit, and complete the repair later that day. The technician was on time both times he visited us that day, extremely professional and knowledgeable and tidy. We were really impressed with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend. Hopefully we won't need them again but if we do, we know who to call!
We recently had Seamus in for maintenance check up . He was on time , professional & personable. He had answers to all questions. This company has been a pleasure for several years. No regrets.
We had our usual maintenance job 7/23… once again so very pleased with this company… all of the men have been such gentlemen too. It never gets old. Great company as far as I can see. In fact each employee mentions how much they like this company compared to others.

I've used Complete Air & Heat for over ten years! The servicing of my A/C unit components has always been delivered on time by professional, courteous technicians. They are also terrific supporters of our community through their generous donations of time, talent and treasurer to numerous causes including the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, the Civilian Military Council of Brevard Foundation, and others. I always get "Complete" satisfaction from their work!
I called Complete Air & Heat, Inc. at 4:30 on a Wednesday. They sent John out the next day (Thursday). He explained to get the part to replace the leaking coil and install it would probably be into the next week. But then they found a coil locally to replace my leaking one, came back on *Friday* and installed it! If you've ever had this happen, you understand the miraculous turn around time. Thanks John! You were a helluva rep for your company.
