Super service. John arrived 15 minutes after placing the phone call. He is very knowledgeable. Found the broken part fast. Explained everything and named the price. Fixed it and explained the new thermostat. John is so friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with this company and it's service.

Great Company and Customer Service!! They were able to fit me in same day and called me 30 minutes before arriving. Madison the technician was very nice. Figured out the problem quick and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end. The two service calls for our indoor and outdoor coils, the first to diagnose, and the 2nd to install, the techs were good. The Senior tech brought a 1 year trainee on the actual installation and he seemed good too. They had to order the parts from Texas, and the parts came fairly timely, we were hot 3 or 4 days at work, but not too bad. One dissatisfaction, we just put this system in less than 5 years ago and both indoor and outdoor coils went bad, and we thought that Daiken was longer lasting than say Trane or Carrier? That was our concern. Again, the service itself was good.
