original installation 5 years ago went smoothly and AC was a vast improvement over old system. I love the thermostat that also addresses humidity. This allows us to stay comfortable at a higher temperature. I wish I had paid for the warranty that covers parts and labor (ours only covered parts). Our coil went out and the part was free, but we had to pay for labor. Nonetheless, the labor was done quickly and professionally, restoring our system to working order in a timely manner. Great company to work with.
We have used Complete Air & Heat for years on both servicing and new installs. They are very professional, efficient and friendly. Work is always above and beyond. Definitely recommend utilizing them for your AC/Heat needs.
